1. Definitions

  • “User” / “You” refers to any individual purchasing tickets or accessing our services.

  • “Event” refers to any show, concert, program, or entertainment activity organized or managed by the Company.

  • “Ticket” refers to the electronic or physical pass granting entry to an Event.

2. Ticket Purchase & Entry

  • All tickets are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

  • A valid ticket (physical or e-ticket) must be presented at the event venue.

  • Tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable, except as stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

  • Entry may be denied if the ticket is found to be invalid, duplicated, or tampered with.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Ticket prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices may include applicable taxes and service fees.

  • We reserve the right to change ticket prices at any time without prior notice.

  • Payments must be completed through authorized payment gateways only.

4. Event Changes & Cancellations

  • VirgIn Entertainments reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • In such cases, refunds or ticket validity will be handled as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

  • The Company is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the customer (travel, accommodation, etc.).

5. User Conduct

Users agree to:

  • Follow venue rules and security instructions

  • Not engage in illegal, disruptive, or unsafe behavior

  • Not bring prohibited items into the venue

The Company reserves the right to remove any attendee violating these rules without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including logos, images, text, videos, and branding, is the property of VirgIn Entertainments.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company shall not be liable for personal injury, loss, or damage occurring at the event venue unless caused by proven negligence.

  • Attendees attend events at their own risk.

  • The Company is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.

8. Force Majeure

VirgIn Entertainments shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Strikes

  • Pandemics

  • Acts of God

9. Privacy

All personal data collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Third-Party Services

  • We may partner with third-party vendors, events, artists, or service providers.

  • The Company is not responsible for actions or services provided by third parties.

  • Food and beverages will be by Radison Blu, coimbatore. 
  • Virgin Entertainments handle Tickets only.

11. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate user access

  • Cancel tickets without notice
    if these Terms and Conditions are violated.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City / State].
