Refund and Cancellation

At VirgIn Entertainments, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent ticket booking experience. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before purchasing event tickets.


1. Ticket Cancellation by Customer

  • Once an event ticket is purchased, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or transferred.

  • All ticket sales are final unless otherwise specified for a particular event.


2. Refund Policy

a. No Refund Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after ticket purchase

  • Failure to attend the event

  • Late arrival or early departure

  • Incorrect contact details provided by the customer

  • Loss or misuse of the ticket


b. Event Cancellation by Organizer

  • If an event is cancelled by VirgIn Entertainments, a full refund of the ticket price will be processed.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during booking.

  • Convenience fees, gateway charges, or taxes (if applicable) may be non-refundable.


c. Event Postponement / Rescheduling

  • If an event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date.

  • Refund requests (if allowed) must be made within the time period communicated via email or SMS.

  • If no request is made within the specified time, tickets will be considered accepted for the rescheduled event.


3. Duplicate / Fraudulent Transactions

  • In case of duplicate payment or technical error, customers must notify us within 48 hours of the transaction.

  • After verification, the excess amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days.


4. Ticket Delivery Issues

  • If you do not receive your e-ticket due to a technical issue, please contact us immediately.

  • We will resend the ticket after verification. This does not qualify for a refund.


5. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

  • Actual credit time depends on your bank or payment provider.


6. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Any chargeback initiated without contacting us first may result in blacklisting from future events.

  • We recommend contacting our support team for quick resolution.


7. Force Majeure

No refunds will be issued if an event is affected by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Pandemics

  • Acts of God
